Partner universities submit validated student funnel data. QF Higher Education tracks progress, extracts normalized tables, and monitors a live dashboard — with separate logins for each focal point.

Each partner signs in with its own account, downloads the template, validates category totals, and submits.

QF HE Analyst

Send collection requests, track submission progress across Education City, and export normalized data.

Validated intake

Business rules check Year, university scope, and Qatari + Non-Qatari = total before data is accepted.

Pilot scope

This release covers the Student Data domain only (admissions / enrollment funnel). Full CIP domains (Research, Participants, Business Planning, APR), Azure AD, and production cybersecurity go-live remain on the CIP roadmap — see CIP_SOW_GAP_ANALYSIS.md.
